Take a Seat

A curious sight on a country road.
Someone saved a seat for me.
Stop and take a load off.
Don’t mind if I do.

A standing room only show of
green pastures
blue skies
white clouds.

Take a seat, ma’am.
This is your Father’s world.
Look! Listen!
All nature sings and ’round you rings
the music of heaven.
See! Hear!
Though the wrong seems oft so strong,
God is the ruler yet.

May we have eyes to see and ears to hear.
He’s saving us a seat.
