This season, for the first time, now that her children are a bit older, our 2nd daughter, Olivia, was sad her children will never have their golden moments in the spotlight like she did, every Christmas, when you created our beloved Christmas programs. You blessed so many, many families. I’m quire sure all those children don’t remember a single sermon but I know the love and care and opportunity you poured into them filled their hearts in a perfect way. That ministry is sorely missed. And yet you go on, reflecting God’s heart, refreshing ours. ❤️
Such good memories of all those kids in costume, singing their hearts out! Christmas programs were the highlight of those years for me. (Although I always cried in despair after every dress rehearsal, sure that the program would be a disaster. But it never was. Glory to God for that!) Every child needs a “golden moment” and I’m so blessed to have been there for yours.
